These terms apply when you engage Velmure Tech ("we", "us") to design and build a website. By messaging us to start a project, you agree to the terms below.
Services provided
We build websites for car dealerships and travel agencies under the Starter, Growth, and Premium packages described on our Services page. The exact scope for your project is confirmed directly with you before work begins.
Project process & timeline
Our No-Risk Guarantee commits to launching your site within 10 business days of receiving all required content and photos from you. If we miss that window, you receive a discount — no arguments. Delays in providing content, photos, or approvals will correspondingly shift the delivery date.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate business information and for making sure any content, images, or logos you send us are either owned by you or properly licensed for use on your website.
Payment
Pricing depends on your package and specific requirements and is confirmed with you directly, not published on this site. Any deposit and final payment schedule will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final delivered website. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may showcase the completed site in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Revisions & support
Revisions during the build are included as part of your package. Ongoing changes after launch — content updates, review monitoring, priority support — are covered by the optional Monthly Care add-on rather than being open-ended.
No guaranteed rankings
We build every site with on-page SEO and local search best practices, and we set up your Google Business Profile correctly. We do not, and cannot, guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic volume, or number of leads — search results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement before completion by notifying the other. Work completed up to that point is payable; any deposit is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If these terms change, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
